Job Responsibilities
As a Home Care Worker in Aberystwyth, you will visit service users in their own homes to support them to live safely and comfortably.
- Provide person-centred care to adults within their own homes.
- Support daily tasks: meal prep, housework, medication.
- Assist with personal care with dignity and respect.
- Keep clear, accurate records of each client visit.
- Communicate with office team and families.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
